My name is Miguel. I’m 30 years old (ew, right?), and I reside in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix, with my lovely bride-to-be. I was born and raised in the Phoenix area. I hold a BS in Software Engineering, though I work as a foreman in the construction industry. I’ve been told by many that I have a knack for writing and it seems in times of trouble, when I look for something to take the edge off, my brain screams at me to either write or start doing drugs and drugs are expensive, while talk is historically cheap.
I enjoy writing on a variety of topics, mainly pop culture, politics, and poetry, and, as you can see, I am alliteration-happy and I make no apologies for it.
I’ve got the next great American novel swirling around my gray matter, but, for now, you’ll have to settle for political commentary, movie and book reviews, and the occasional poem.
Thanks for stopping by.
